The company established since 2002 and focused to supply AHTS, Tanker Oil and Chemical, Bulk Carrier vessel. We have more than 500 database for crew. The company itself supported with qualified personnel. We have 3 Captains and 1 CE with many and long experience in the industry.
We well managed crew documentation such as flagstate endorsement, medical, visa, joining paper and other end user requirement. Staffs regularly join into seminar, discussion etc to stay update with maritime regulations in Indonesia and International. Currently PT. JIM manage around 200 seafarers with various position. As a maning agency we provide customized service for our customer. Some of our customer only need recruitment and placement and other required more sevice such as payroll (including tax calculation), insurance etc. we are ready to have further discussion in how should we deliver the services.
