• RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

    Recruitment and selection qualified Indonesian seamen in accordance with the recruitment instructions of the Principal. For this purpose, the Agent shall cause all seamen hire pursuant of this Agreement to enter into such hipboard and employment contracts upon such terms and condition as are within the standards prescribes by the applicable International Conventions, Law of  applicable Flag or Crew State and/ or upon such specific terms and conditions as are agreed upon by the Principal, the Agent and/ or the Seaman.

  • HOTEL ACCOMODATION OR LODGING ARRANGEMENT

    We can arrange on principle behalf hotel accommodation or lodging for Crew as and when required (and as directed by Principal) during crew change.

  • IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE

    Arrangement of immigration clearance for Crew and obtain such permits, approvals, and visas to ensure that Crew can enter into and work in the Location and any other relevant region(s)

  • MEDICAL EXAMINATION

    We shall arrange for the pre-employment physical and medical examination and shall ensure that all seaman are provided with a medical certificate valid for the duration of their employment with the Principal

  • FLIGHT AND TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS

    The Agent Shall Arrange flight and transportation arrangements for the Principal’s personnel/crew (“Crew”)
    arriving at or departing from vessels within the Location or adjacent waters, including joining, repatriation and land transfers to and from airports to vessels.

  • MEDICAL ATTENDANCE

    The company arranging medical attendance, treatment or hospitalization for Crew if and when necessary, and provision of all necessary assistance in an emergency situation.

  • SEA TRIAL AND DELIVERY

    Sea trials are conducted to measure a vessel’s performance and general seaworthiness. Testing of a vessel’s speed, maneuverability, equipment and safety features are usually conducted. in attendance are technical representatives from the builder, governing and certification officials, and representatives of  the owners. Successful sea trials subsequently lead to a vessel’s certification for commissioning and acceptance by its owner.

  • TRAINING

    Arranging for necessary training for Crew, provided that all related expenses such as course fees shall be
    charged to the Principal at documented cost.

  • FACILITATING INTERVIEWS OF RECRUITMENT CANDIDATES BY THE PRINCIPAL OT ITS NOMINEES

    Carrying out documentation checks on recruitment candidates as required by the Principal or its nominees.
    These shall include-but not restricted to- license verification and validity of medical fitness certificates.

  • STATUS UPDATE

    The company shall keep the Principal informed at all times of any demand, claim, or legal action
    brought against it and the Agent by an seaman hired under this Agreement.

  • PAYROLL

    The company manage crew salary base on principle regulation and crew national laws.

  • DOCUMENT / DATABASE

    The Agent shall keep and maintain at all times proper and accurate accounting records of their functions and services hereunder in accordance with an accounting system which meets the requirements of the Principal and, in terms thereof, shall maintainrecords and documentary verification of all income, costs, expenditures and outlays incurred in the provision of such functions and/or services and shall provide to the Principal regular and timely accounting reports and supporting documents in respect there to

  • OTHERS

    Performing such other additional activities and duties as the Principal or its affiliated companies may require from
    time to time in connection with its Vessels or its personnel, and generally acting in the best interests and on behalf of the Principal in all such matters. The remuneration for such other additional activities and duties shall be subject to prior written approval from the Principal or its affiliated companies (as the case may be).
