The JIM Engineering Team is organised in the following way:
Comprises a core multidisciplinary group of design engineers with a proven track record of successful complex and innovative projects.The team is deliberately small but we cooperate closely when necessary with interior-design architects, specialist structural engineers, hull-design specialists and CAD designers.

Our team members have experience from complex projects with stringent class, regulatory, safety, environmental and technical requirements.
We have in-depth knowledge of "prescriptive" classification-rule design, "risk-based" design and international regulations and standards. All members of our core group have had direct responsibility for major vessel new buildings and other technically and commercially successful projects.
